42 acres offering water frontage along the scenic Lake Wateree shoreline, providing a rare opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind riverfront lifestyle. The peaceful setting offers an abundance of ideal home sites that would be perfect for a permanent residence, a lake house or a simple retreat in a pristine environment. The private location at the northern tip of Lake Wateree is ideal for recreational purposes with a natural habitat supporting an abundance of wildlife. To amplify the potential of this tract additional acreage is available that may be combined to offer up to 150+ contiguous acres and thousands of feet of water frontage maximizing the potential of this magnificent opportunity. The variable topography offers awesome elevation changes that eventually slope to the banks of the river. The timber has not been harvested in many years, covering the tract with a tall canopy and a clean under-story consisting of tall pines and mature hardwoods. Lake Wateree is a spectacular recreational lake, perfect for boating, water sports, fishing or just relaxing. This tract is secluded from major highways and is located on a privately maintained gravel road, ensuring privacy and security. This is the ideal property for someone looking for a unique waterfront property loaded with potential and additional acreage in a discrete location. Contact Russ Brown directly for more details.

From US Hwy 21, take Catawba Road to Debutary Road, at the cul-de-sac, take Arledge Lane (signage may say "Private Drive" at the gate, proceed anyway), look for signs ahead on the left, pink surveying tape marks the areas where the side boundary's meet the road. The neighbor just past the property was thinning some timber, his line has been recently surveyed and is marked with white PVC poles and orange surveying tape, if you follow that line it will lead down to the water, you can follow the shoreline up to the next boundary marked with pink surveying tape. (Debutary Road access no longer exists from River Road, so the only access is from Catawba Rd).
